The Fellows helped energize our offerings, including a post from each in STLI\'s Drive Thru Pedagogy Blog offering practical solutions to pedagogicalchalenges. Other highlights include: 2022 - 2023 Catherine Brix Catherine Brix (Modern Languages & Literatures)explored Community Based Learning in a variety ofvenues, including a collaborative CommunityConversation with Silvia Tandeciarz (MLL) andArthur Knight (English). Laura Heymann (Law) hosted a CommunityConversation, Developing Deeper Discussion, withcollaboration fromDrew Stelljes (StudentEngagement & Leadership) and Chris Hine (VIMS).Her focus this year was on bringing concepts fromthe dialogic method used in law school courses intomore general practice throughout W&M. Ting Huang (School of Education) ran a workshop,Laura HeymannCulturally Responsive Teaching in TechnologyIntegration that illustrated ways to bridge thetechnology gap in a culturally complexenvironment like W&M.Consultations & ConnectionsConsulting is key to STLI\'s mission. We offer individual and group consultations on every topic connected to teaching and learning. Whether it\'s help designing a syllabus or brainstorming how to best implement a new innovation like VR or ChatGPT, we offer guidance and leadership. Successful explorations help seed our programming and amplify ideas. Additionally, in our events and media outlets, we partner with those instructors to present their own work to the larger community.We work hard to make sure instructors get the help they need, and we\'re proud of our great feedback.
