b"Events & Programming6 In 2022-23, STLI offered a wide variety of programs to the W&M community. Our programming matrix (see below) outlines the four main categories we use to foster community engagement, from the foundational Teaching & Learning LEARNINGTalks to our practical STLI Workshops, participantsbenefit from a collaborative environment guided by STLI staff and partners. Additionally, STLI Community Conversations and Learning Labs (Quick Bites) advance new ideas in an interdisciplinary environment.Growth Mindset:We aim to be as proactive as possible in our programming, keeping one eye on current instructional needs, and another on innovation.For example, our mid-year shift in programming focusedon the crucial topic of Generative AI / ChatGPT.The Spring 2023 Community Conversation on the topic garnered 108 attendees, our highest attendance at any STLI event other than the Symposium.
